Hello there, I’m Elizabeth Jensema. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been practicing social work for 20 years. I enjoy helping adults struggling with their mental health and also those struggling with addiction. My goal is to meet you where you are at and to help you achieve goals that are meaningful to you. I like to have fun with humor, stay positive, and focus on moving forward one day at a time. I feel it's important to provide support and the reassurance that you are not alone, we are all struggling. I hope I can help you to feel comfortable and supported.

I strive to provide a welcoming space for clients to openly share to their comfort level. I provide support and guidance while clients are on their healing journey, incorporating humor and fun along the way. During our first therapy session together, we will discuss what you have been struggling with lately and what brought you to therapy. You can expect a very laid-back and supportive environment, I will help to guide you as needed. I also like to ask questions about your history to get a nice full picture.
Personalized Care: I like to take time to get to know my clients and build trust, allowing the space and time needed to feel comfortable sharing openly. Over time, we will work together to set goals that are most appropriate for what you want to accomplish while in therapy.
